We are pleased to announce our Patient Portal and Secure Online Messaging Services.

Provided by Intuit Health (formerly known as Medfusion), our Patient Portal allows you to correspond with us quickly, easily, and on your own schedule.
It introduces a new look and feel, is extremely user friendly, and is easy to navigate.
You may visit our Online Patient Portal to:
- Send Secure Messages to Your Provider
- Request Appointments
- Send Routine Questions
- Request Medication Renewals
You can do so at any time from anywhere you have access to a computer.
Please note that our Patient Portal is for current patients of Associated Neurologists. If you haven't yet seen one of our providers but have an initial consultation scheduled, we encourage you to join our Patient Portal after you've been seen in our office.
How to Join our Patient Portal?
- Visit us at Associated Neurologists' Online Patient Portal.
- Click on Create an Account to sign up.
If you were previously an iHealth user via our Patient Portal:
- Any Personal Health Record (PHR) information you had created on our iHealth website will also be available for viewing, editing, or printing.
This is an elective program. As a patient of Associated Neurologists, you are not required to register with our Online Patient Portal. The medical information you include in the Patient Portal and in your PHR cannot be accessed by anyone without your permission and at this time is not connected with your medical records at our facilities.
