Provided by Medfusion, our new Online Patient-Provider Communication Services replaces our former iHealth website and allows you to correspond with us more quickly, more easily, and on your own schedule.
It introduces a new look and feel, is extremely user friendly, and is easy to navigate.
You may visit our Online Patient Portal to:
- Send Secure Messages to Your Provider
- Request Appointments
- Send Routine Questions
- Request Medication Renewals
You can do so at any time from anywhere you have access to a computer.
Please note that our Patient Portal is for current patients of Associated Neurologists. If you haven't yet seen one of our providers but have an initial consultation scheduled, we encourage you to join our Patient Portal after you've been seen in our office.
How to Join our Patient Portal?
—>Whether you’re currently using iHealth with our practice or are new to secure online messaging, simply:
- Visit us at Associated Neurologists’ Online Patient Portal.
- Click on Create an Account to sign up.
If you are a current iHealth user, once you register with our new Patient Portal:
- Your iHealth account information will appear for your verification, making the registration process even easier.
- Any Personal Health Record (PHR) information you had created on our iHealth website will also be available for viewing, editing, or printing.
This is an elective program. As a patient of Associated Neurologists, you are not required to register with our Online Patient Portal. The medical information you include in the Patient Portal and in your PHR cannot be accessed by anyone without your permission and at this time is not connected with your medical records at our facilities.
