You can now make prescription refill requests with us online by joining our new online health service for patients, called iHealth!

iHealth

This online service offers several messaging options for patients, including prescription renewal requests. Please note that this feature is for established patients only: You must have been seen in our office within the last year to request prescription renewals online.

Emergency prescriptions must be called directly to our office or to your pharmacy. (In some cases, your pharmacy may be able to dispense an emergency supply.)

For information on iHealth and how to register, click on:

1. The iHealth link on the left toolbar.
2. Your provider's name, listed under iHealth Providers.
3. The iHealth logo beneath your provider’s picture, which will bring you directly to your provider's iHealth site.
4. The "Getting Started with iHealth" link for tips on how to easily register.

Once registered and accepted as an iHealth member:

• You'll receive an email acknowledgement. Please note that acknowledgement response times may vary, based on provider availability.
• You'll then be able to log into your provider's iHealth site to make prescription renewal requests and to use other features of this online service.
